New Prizeology prize promotion for KP Snacks
Prize promotions specialist Prizeology has produced an on-pack, text-to-win promotion for KP Snacks, which launched 1 May and is currently in stores. Flashedpackets of Discos, Hula Hoops, McCoys, Nik Naks, Skips and Wheat Crunchies encourage customers to ‘Text to win the year in cash’, and there are 25 prizes of £2021 cash available, making a total prize pool of £50,525.
Two random winners are being drawn in 12 weekly draws. The last of these closes on 23 July, but there is also a late entry prize draw, open from 24 July to 12 November, offering one final opportunity to win a £2021 cash prize.
Said Sarah Burns, Managing Director of Prizeology, “This is a really nice promotion – cash is very much the right sort of prizing at the moment – and so far the response to it from consumers and the retail sector has been extremely positive. KP are a great client and it’s always rewarding to be responsible for every aspect of a promotion, from creating the entry mechanism to dispatching the prizes.”
Prizeology is managing the promotion from start to finish, having devised the mechanic and drawn up the short terms and conditions, which appear on packs, as well as the long terms and conditions. The latter, plus detailed FAQs, are available on a special microsite built by Prizeology. Entrants can check their entry has been received using a dedicated online checker, also built by Prizeology. Winner notification and prize fulfilment are being handled by Prizeology too.
This is not the first time Prizeology has worked with KP. The current Win the Year in Cash promotion follows on from last year’s highly successful Next Level Lunch promotion. This was a text-to-win winning moments promotion which gave consumers the chance to win lunch at a skyscraper restaurant in Bangkok, Dubai, New York or Tokyo.
