Winner verification. You’ve probably heard us allude to this before, because it’s a thread that runs through all our prize promotions, but it’s all about the integrity of your prize draw, competition, brand activation or shopper marketing campaign.
As a prize promotions agency, before your promotion launches we put in place a wide range of measures to prevent fraud – and we’re never complacent. While your campaign is running we monitor the entries and, if appropriate, can be there on site to confirm that everything is secure. Then once that activity has ended, we carry out a series of checks to ensure fraud hasn’t taken place.
Is your winner who they say they are? Do they own their submission? Have they got the receipt to prove they purchased your product and are entitled to enter your prize promotion? Have they used multiple phone numbers to enter? Whatever the mechanic, we help you get your promotional marketing right by sampling and auditing entries and votes to ensure there are no duplicates or suspicious patterns. (We do broadcast verification for TV voting, too.)
