Project assistant for Prizeology

We need a full-time Project Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. The role is primarily to handle winner management and is crucial to both the success of a campaign and the business.

The role is based in our Shoreditch office (great location and you can bring your dog to work).

We are looking for an individual who is highly efficient with excellent spoken and written English. You must be accurate, methodical, and calm (we’re not ones for hysteria), and you need to be a creative thinker and problem-solver. Excellent numeracy skills are essential, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, and you must also be capable of working to tight deadlines. You must be extremely well organised and able to work across multiple projects at any one time. You’ll enjoy both working with a small, close-knit team in a non-toxic, supportive environment and the benefits of learning from highly skilled industry experts.

Salary: up to £25,500 depending on experience

Holiday: starting at 23 days a year, plus bank holidays, and birthday day off

Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Location: The role is office-based in Shoreditch, London. There is an opportunity to work from home every Friday, once established in the role.

Reporting to: Managing Director, Senior Project Manager

The role includes:

  • Working across multiple projects for global brands and agencies
  • Notifying winners
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Monitoring multiple email accounts
  • Managing and responding to queries
  • Setting up entry platforms
  • Conducting prize draws
  • Extracting data from social media promotions
  • Prize sourcing & fulfilment
  • Checking terms and conditions
  • Proof reading copy, assets, and campaign media
  • Identifying fraud
  • Supporting senior staff across all projects
  • Putting together presentations

Role requirements:

  • Minimum A Level education, ideally degree level candidate
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with accurate spelling and grammar
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Extremely well organised and confident to suggest new processes.
  • Comfortable and confident liaising with clients and consumers
  • Adept at working across multiple projects at any one-time
